My Personal Domain

Steve
Weintraut

Welcome. This is my corner of the internet: a simple page that says you found the right Steve Weintraut. A little family, a little life, a little humor, and a few of the people and things that make it mine.

Not a company site. Just Steve.

My Family and I

Why this exists

Sometimes someone sees an email address and visits the domain behind it.

A blank page says nothing. This one says enough: family matters, the cat runs the place, the yellow EV6 was a good decision, and the best parts of life deserve a little space on the front page.

Yes, I made this with Codex. AI is apparently useful for more than rewriting emails and hallucinating confidence, and in this case it helped me avoid having a blank homepage staring back at people.

I'm always open to new career opportunities. If you have one, click here to contact me on LinkedIn.

A few snapshots

Not a portfolio. Not a feed. Just a compact set of photos that make the domain feel lived in, with the more personal moments supporting the family-first introduction. (that's the AI talking!)

The scoop:

  • There is a lot of AI hype, but it's still amazing.
  • Yes, I do own two Vision Pro headsets
  • Bambu makes the best FDM printers.
  • It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia is the best show ever.
  • I probably post on reddit more than you do.
  • Science. Yes.
  • Our cat has been on the front page of Reddit. Twice.
  • I rode in a Rolls Royce Limo with Steve Jobs
  • No, I do not need to have a real website for myself.

One more photo

A funny candid photo of Steve hanging out with his in-laws in a living room.
Chilling with the in-laws, which deserved inclusion.
